Vallejo Education and Business Alliance Foundation - The Vallejo Education and Business Alliance Foundation, Inc. (VEBA) brings together community leaders from education, business and public policy sectors to enhance communication and collaboration benefiting Vallejo residents. The Alliance is committed to expanding educational opportunities for Vallejo residents of all ages, fostering a family-friendly community, and promoting a healthy business climate throughout Solano County. VEBA envisions a city wherein the symbiotic relationship of business and education in the civic and economic welfare of the city is openly recognized, promoted and supported.
Kappa Omicron Lambda Chapter Beautillion Program - The KOL Beautillion Program is a youth mentoring program designed to work with high school seniors to develop their academic & leadership potential. During the course of six months, the young men or “Beaus” will be required to participate in community service projects and will be exposed to several workshops covering multiple topics designed to enhance their leadership, educational / career development as well as community service awareness.
Dress for Success Global Education Foundation (a.k.a. Dress 2 Win) - Founded by Tony Santos, the mission of the foundation is to equip students with the soft skills necessary to further their education and to properly prepare them for their goals in career and life. The foundation mentors and exposes high school students to diverse corporate environments and businesses. Students participate in activities that include field trips to corporate campuses, internship and job interview workshops, etiquette dinners, and a Holiday Toy drive/giveaway.
The 100 Club of Solano County - The Club was formed to support the families of the fallen heroes of Solano and Yolo Counties. It also provide crisis intervention and peer support services through its affiliation with local police agencies and community groups.
Make a Difference by the Solano Association of Realtors Foundation - The Foundation provides scholarship grants to outstanding local high school students entering college and college students in attendance at an accredited Junior College, State College or University, public or private.
Tau Upsilon Omega Chapter Annual Winter Gala - The sorority chapter has served Fairfield/Suisun/Vacaville/Travis/Dixon communities for over 25 years. The TUO members volunteer their time to further the sorority's mission through community service programs such as the Annual Baccalaureate Ceremony, Winter Gala Scholarship Fundraiser, Adopt-A-Family, as well as the chapter’s participation in Vacaville's Festival of Trees and Solano Counties Alzheimer Association Annual Fundraiser. The Chapter has raised over $300,000 to support their programs and award scholarships to high school students pursuing higher education.
